Jealous? Well ,you should be because these are some damn tasty chocolate chunk cookies. Mauri sent us this homemade gift and we so appreciate him for thinking of us. I've placed them in a special place where Frankie's hungry friends won't find and quickly consume them. Frankie had one as soon as he got home from school. His reaction was, "Holy crap, these are good!" Hopefully there will be some left for Fred when she makes it home from school. Thanks again, Mauri. You rock!

Hey, I can only take credit for mailing them and buying the chocolate chips and chunks. Cindy and Brady were the bakers, mostly Brady I hear. Not that I didn't shamelessly bask in your glowing praise for a few moments...but the credit goes to them.
PS....I am looking forward to our secret little challenge more than you can imagine.
Well, we're down to the last 2 cookies and I have a feeling there's going to be a bloody scrap to the death over them. Frankie said last night that he wishes he could have all those cookies to himself. There were 4 when I went to bed last night and nobody's fessing up to having cookies for breakfast. Hmmm...curious. Cindy and Brady, you are excellent bakers. I must have this recipe asap!
