Recycled Shrine de Guadalupe

This was yesterday's fun. I found this Virgin Guadalupe sugar mold online and used it to make this plaster mold. Spray painted it gold then glammed her out with lots of glitter and glue. Stuck her inside an old cigar box that I painted purple. Cut the flair out of a couple of old beer cans. Stuck some holy images inside some old bottle caps and filled them with resin and more glitter. Punched some decorative holes in a couple of tomato sauce cans from the recycling bin, tossed in some tea candles and...voila! Viva la Virgin! I may or may not continue to embellish her.
