Normally when I do any sort of baking I can rely as Mollie as my sidekick in the kitchen. This evening after dinner I mentioned baking some chocolate chip cookies and Frankie asked if HE could help me this time for a change. Shock and awe!! It was a lot of fun although he did add the softened butter to the dry ingredients instead of the mixer but we were able to fish it out. No harm done. I actually stood by and let him do his thing once we got going. He did his thing quite well. Fantastic cookies and embarrassing photo evidence to boot!
